Return Policy

United States We offer a 30-day return window on all loose diamonds. You have 30 days from the date you receive your diamond to postmark a return.

Each customer is entitled to one free return every 60 days. Any additional returns within that same 60-day period are subject to a $50 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.


How to Start a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused and in its original packaging.

Returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label to print along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Return labels are issued through USPS or UPS. If you'd prefer to use a different carrier, you'll be responsible for the shipping costs.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get exactly what you want is to return your original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.


Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
